The Tappin Trophy final was played on Thursday 22nd September at Canterbury GC.
The West Malling team of Pat Donovan, Stella Pitt and Carol Martin fought hard, but were defeated by Wildernesse GC.
The match was played in good spirit, and proved that West Malling are a force to be reckoned with in county competitions (as has already been proved in the Pearson Trophy competition).
Thanks to Kelly Hanson for managing the team and arranging matches, and to the caddies and supporters on finals day.
The final of the Coombe Cup was also played on Thursday, with Bearsted GC defeating Sundridge Park.
