My thanks go to all the ladies who supported our ladies invitation day on 7th July.
We had 32 ladies in total and enjoyed reasonable weather. The format of the day was pairs betterball along side a team 4ball pink ball game - this added a different dimension. We had some great scores and I have received quite a few thank you texts and emails since so I am glad we organised and held the day and hope our ladies enjoyed hosting.
Well done to Jill Gambling (a winner again! She tells me she is enjoying riding the wave!) and her guest who won the day and to Debbie Tennant and her guest who were also in the prizes.
Helen Cornwell was very proud of returning her pink ball to the clubhouse and along with Sue Stickland and their guests they won the pink lady team game.
Hopefully this event can become a regular event in our calendar. Lisa I am sure will consider it in due course.
